The Yamaha CD-S300 CD player is a great choice if you are looking for a good quality budget CD player. Sound quality is good, with high quality components being used alongside a high performance, low noise DAC. There's also a Pure Direct mode for the best possible sound.
Connections are simple with the analog outputs for your stereo amplifier, or both digital optical and co-axial outputs to feed into an off board DAC, AV receiver, Mini disc recorder or similar. There's also a handy USB port on the front to enable you to play back from a memory stick, or to charge and playback your iPod or iPhone.
