Shipping & Delivery
We ship only within the UK.
Free delivery can only be offered to customers living within the UK mainland. Any customers outside of the UK mainland, including but not restricted to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, may be subjected to a minimum £20 delivery surcharge. We will contact you in all cases to confirm the surcharge before applying.
We cannot deliver to residential addresses other than your cards registered billing address. We can deliver to a registered businesss or institution address if you wish goods to be delivered to an alternative address.
Goods in stock are typically delivered within 2-3 working days of your order being placed.
We use a courier service to deliver larger items, and these goods must be signed for upon receipt.
Privacy & Security
Your data is not passed to any third party and is used solely by us for the purposes of administrating your account.
If you opted to receive our newsletter, you can at any time opt out by visiting the 'My Accounts' link at the top of this page and clicking on 'Newsletter Subscription' on the left hand menu. From here, you can remove yourself from any future mailings.
Returns & Replacements
In all cases you must contact us to receive a returns number. Goods returned without a returns number may be refused, not refunded and/or not exchanged. Goods must be returned with all packaging and accessories, and in the same condition as received in, with the only exception being if a fault develops with the goods whilst under warranty in which case we can only offer a repair.
You can return goods for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
You can return goods for a replacement or exchange up to 30 days after delivery.
You can return goods for a warranty repair at any time during the warranty period, or alternatively you can visit your nearest dealer who will be able to assist you.
Ordering
Orders are only accepted for UK orders. We do not accept international orders.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is taken via SagePay, one of the largest worldwide payment providers who provide a secure payment system for your security.
Prices are constantly reviewed and may change on a daily basis, and as such prices are only available whilst visible on the site.
From time to time we may run promotions and give offers to our customers. All promotions and offers are exclusive of each other and cannot be used in conjunction.
Viewing Orders
You can view your order at any time by visiting the 'My Accounts' link at the top of this page and choosing the 'My orders' link from the left hand menu.
Updating Account Information
You can update any of your account information at any time by visiting the 'My Accounts' link at the top of this page and selecting the information you wish to change from the left hand menu.
