The Samsung UE40D6510 40" Smart 3D LED television offers an amazingly good quality picture along with Smart TV networking capability at a great price. Utilising LED technology to provide a clear, crisp picture, plus with Samsung's own 'CMR 400' (that's Clear Motion Rate 400Hz!) technology, the picture stays crisp and sharp even with fast action.
We particularly like the ultra thin panel and clean white bezel - at less than 3cm deep (just a shade over 24cm with the stand), the panel seems to float in the air giving an incredibly beautiful look in any room. There's an ultra thin wall mount included so if you do want to make this a feature, it's easy!
Networking the UE40D6510 via the ethernet port gives you access to a whole host of online services, or connect via its inbuilt Wi-Fi adaptor (although we always recommend wired for best results). This will give you access to streaming across your home network allowing you to stream video content, or allow you to access online services including Facebook and Skype - simply add the Samsung CY-STC1100/XC Skype camera to the set to be able to make calls via Skype to your friends and family.
Also, be sure to check out the Samsung UE40D6530 which is effectively the same television in a black finish - and slightly cheaper!
The set comes with two pairs of glasses, but you can add additional pairs if required.
